Designed, sourced the ideal virtual platforms, and managed the execution of the first virtual conference for client Tourism Burnaby on August 6, 2020. The complex virtual conference included networking, gamification, keynotes on stage and multiple concurrent sessions to fulfill the wish lists of the conference goals. The overall virtual conference experience enabled an interactive and engaging environment for participating stakeholders to build collaborative business partnerships. Great technical support received from founders of Stage 404 for speaker training, event technical settings, and day of tech support for participants enabling a smooth and successful experience with minimal tech issues. The client also received comprehensive event metrics and analytics report that will help measure the conference ROI, and build action plans that will set the client and stakeholders for future success.
