I am Connie Cay-Santos, CMP.  As an Entrepreneur, a Business Owner-Operator, and an Events & Meeting Strategist, I am inspired every day by the service obsessed culture that strives to deliver an experience that delights our clients and leaves them happier and more connected than when they arrived. 


When I left my successful corporate career in Fall 2018 to pursue my passion in the events and hospitality industry, I never imagined how much more I would fall in love with this new journey and with the community of industry professionals that I admire and respect. 


My love story with the events industry evolved from my past fourteen plus years in a corporate retail environment, and over seven years in the front line service industry. I have experience managing such events as National Roadshows, Leadership Conferences, Professional Development Training workshops, Product Knowledge Events, Consumer Brand Launches, Fashion Trunk Shows, Food Inspired Cookbook Events, In-store Small Appliances Demos,  Employee Engagement Events, New Store Launch Events, Exhibition Trade Shows, and Webinars. 


Every event type gave me the operational and logistics knowledge and a strategic perspective on how to connect and engage with the stakeholders and audiences to make the most significant impact during every touchpoint of the experience journey. 

To instill confidence and commitment in my passion, I have successfully obtained the Certified Meeting Professional designation in May 2019, the Sustainable Events Professional Certificate in November 2019, and Certifed  in Virtual Events & Meeting Management in June 2020.   

As I continue to grow professionally and personally, I am a proud member of Meeting Professional International and a  Toronto Chapter 2019 New Member of the Year nominee.  I look forward to working with my industry colleagues as we strive to delight and deliver elevated service experiences for my clients.
